How it works
Three steps from listing a space to being discovered.
Register
Tell us what you have — a spare rack, a rooftop, a plot. Five minutes, no cost.
Verify
Submit photos, a short walkthrough video, and a voice note. Real sites, real people.
Get discovered
Verified sites appear in the directory. AI companies searching for capacity find you here.
Why verification matters
Not every listing is shown. Sites move through a verification funnel — submitted, video-verified, data-verified, live. Only verified sites reach the directory. This is what keeps the index trustworthy for the companies searching it, and what makes a listing worth the attention it gets.
Registration is free. Verification is the filter.
For AI and infrastructure companies
Buddhi is a free global directory connecting landowners with AI data center and solar developers.
Site selection is usually slow — manual scouting, brokers, cold outreach. Buddhi is a directory of pre-verified land, rooftop, and compute-hosting space, searchable by region, category, and verification tier. Full site details are free to view during early access.
Questions
Is it free to list my space?
Yes. Registration is always free for landowners, with no cost to list a compute node hosting spot or a larger land parcel.
How do I get paid?
Once a company finds your listing and reaches an agreement with you, payment terms are set directly between you and that company. Buddhi doesn't take a cut of what you negotiate.
Why does my listing need to be verified first?
Only verified sites appear in the directory. Verification — photos, a video walkthrough, a voice note, and a location check — is what makes listings trustworthy enough for companies to act on.
Is the directory free for companies to search right now?
Yes, full site details are free to view during early access. This may change as the platform grows.
